At the moment to commission me, you are full agreeing with the next Terms of Service below
☑ I only accept payment via PayPal. All prices are in USD.
☑ Once the commission is approved I will send a payment request via Paypal invoice. I start working once the payment is done
☑ You must be 18 or older to commission me
☑ Only if the commission is above $200 we can negotiate a payment agreement
☑ I have the right to decline a commission if I'm not confortable with the request
☑ I don't draw hate speech or nsfw based on real people
☑ I require references such as pictures, drawings and text descriptions. In case of a character design commission as more references and info is provided it will be easier to bring your idea to reality! I accept references from other artists, but I don't replicate art styles or trace other works
☑ The average time for a commission to be done is between 4 to 6 weeks. Please tell me if there is a deadline, any date before that time have a charge
☑ WIPs are presented in stages (sketch>lineart>color)
☑ Minor fixes and adjustments are free, please tell me at the moment of the WIP check. Big changes (that require at least an extra hour of work) may add additional fees
☑ Make clear at first if you want the commission to be private or stay anonymous. Otherwise I keep the right to post it or not in any of my social media/portfolio
☑ I own the intelectual rights of my artwork, and you aren't allowed to claim it as yours or remove my signature. You can repost/use it for personal purposes, and credits are highly appreciated
☑ By default the commission isn't for commercial use. Any commercial purpose should be stated from the start and add a fee
☑ Refunds past the sketch phase aren't allowed.
